"Shinrin Yoku" - or "forest bathing" - is Japanese and means "immersing yourself in the forest atmosphere". At the reception we will inform you about the next yoga lessons in good weather at the bathing area directly at Lake Wolfgang with the host Alexandra. Suitable for beginners and advanced students with a maximum of 8 people. Mats, cushions and blankets are available right here at the Zimmerbräu.
