We may provide equivalent substitute accommodation if necessary – without extra cost for you.
Guests can use the booked room and all generally accessible facilities of the property in accordance with hotel rules.
All costs (including extras) must be paid by departure. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their companions.
We reserve the right to demand advance payment and to exercise a lien on guest property for outstanding payments. Special services outside normal hours (8 p.m. – 6 a.m.) may incur additional charges.
We provide the agreed services according to the hotel's standard. Additional services (e.g., spa, parking) may be subject to extra charges.
The hotel is only liable for items deposited properly, with limits according to Austrian law. No liability for slight negligence (except personal injury).
For entrepreneurs: No liability for slight or gross negligence. No compensation for consequential, immaterial, or indirect damages.
Pets are not allowed.
An extension is only possible with hotel approval. If departure is impossible due to extraordinary events, the stay is automatically extended under the current conditions.
If the guest departs early, full payment is still required unless the room can be resold. The hotel can terminate the agreement immediately for serious reasons (e.g., misconduct, illness).
In the case of illness or death, medical and related costs are borne by the guest or their successors.
Austrian law applies. Jurisdiction for entrepreneurs is at the hotel’s location; for consumers, local rules apply.
If deadlines are mentioned, the day of the event does not count. Claims must be made on time. If any regulation is missing, the relevant legal rules apply.
